Working principle and characteristics of vortex air pump
The impeller of the vortex air pump is composed of dozens of blades, which is similar to the impeller of a huge gas turbine. The air in the middle of the impeller blades is affected by centrifugal force and moves toward the edge of the impeller, where the air enters the annular cavity of the pump body and circulates again in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating air flow generated by the rotation of the impeller leaves the air pump with extremely high energy for use. The air pump uses a special explosion-proof motor with compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, and the air source is water-free and oil-free.
Use and maintenance of vortex air pump
The vortex air pump should be placed in a stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
The rotation direction of the vortex air pump impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan cover.
When the vortex air pump is working, the working pressure must not be greater than 1,000 to avoid excessive heat generated by the air pump and damage to the air pump caused by overcurrent in the motor.
The vortex air pump strictly prohibits solids, liquids and corrosive gases from entering the pump body.
The filters and silencers at both ends of the vortex air pump's inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid clogging and affecting use.
The external connection of the air inlet and outlet of the vortex air pump must be connected by a hose (such as rubber tube, plastic spring tube).
Replacement of vortex air pump bearings The replacement of bearings must be performed by people who are familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one in the order shown in the figure. The removed parts should be cleaned and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not pry the impeller hard, use a special puller to pull it out, and do not leave out the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the gap that has been adjusted at the factory.
